MotoGearRater is a software provider

MotoGearRater provides software that lets independent riders post classified advertisements and message each other. MotoGearRater is not the seller, buyer, broker, escrow agent, shipper, inspector, appraiser, or payment processor for any listing, does not take part in transactions, and makes no guarantee about any item, user, or communication. All sales, trades, payments, and shipping are arranged solely between users, at their own risk.

Private sellers only

Listings are for individual riders. Dealers, wholesalers, dropshippers, and business storefronts are not permitted. By posting, you confirm you are an individual selling your own property.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for complying with applicable laws, for meeting and transacting safely, and for the items you buy, sell, or trade. Meet in public places, inspect before you pay, and never wire money.

Prohibited items and conduct

Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit products, recalled safety equipment misrepresented as safe, or anything illegal to sell. Do not harass other users or misuse the messaging system.
